Express Shipping

Express Shipping from Northern California is available via UPS to a street address in the continental U.S. UPS Express Orders will arrive by the end of the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd UPS business day following the day of shipment.

We also offer US Postal Service Express Mail service to the 48 contiguous States, including P.O. Box addresses and Saturday delivery. Your USPS Express Mail shipment will arrive within three USPS shipping days.

A shipment that cannot reasonably be packed in a box measuring 12"x12"x8" or less, or which weighs over 3 pounds, is an Oversize Package.  Contact us for an oversize shipping quote.
Alaska and Hawaii

The standard shipping charge for orders weighing 2 pounds or less is $13.95.  Charges for orders weighing more than 2 pounds will be calculated based on package size, weight and destination zip code.

UPS Business Days exclude Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays.   Express shipments will be delivered on the first, second or third business day following the day of shipment.
UPS Address Correction Surcharge When the delivery address provided by the Customer is found by UPS to be incorrect or incomplete, an address correction surcharge made by UPS may be applied to the Customer's credit card. 
Canadian Orders

We ship orders weighing 3 pounds or less to Canada via USPS Priority International for a flat rate of $28.95. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees charged in Canada. Call or email for a shipping quote on orders over 3 pounds.

UPS Ground Service
Time-In-Transit

UPS guarantees the day of delivery for ground shipments within the 48 contiguous United States.  A time-in-transit map shows the number of business days that a shipment will take to travel from our location in Northern California to any continental U.S. location.

We ordinarily ship orders on the business day following

receipt.  Shipment and time-in-transit can take longer during the Christmas holiday rush.

The UPS delivery guarantee does not apply to packages delayed by disruption of the transportation network. Guarantee details are in UPS Terms and Conditions of Service published at UPS.com.

Web Pages
Our web pages present information which is intended to be accurate at the time of publication. We make a reasonable effort to keep our web pages up to date, but circumstances can change and errors can occur.  Before you rely on web page information to make an important decision, you should contact us for verification.

Email
We send email to confirm order entry. UPS Quantum View sends email with a tracking number to confirm shipment.  If you incorrectly type your address, use multiple email addresses, or use a spam filter you may miss these messages.

Telephone
We offer a toll-free telephone number for customer convenience. If you call our toll-free number, you may reach an answering machine.  Please leave a message.  We will return your call.

Postal Mail and Fax
Orders sent by postal mail or fax account for less than 1% of our business.  Accuracy and security can be less, and processing can take longer.

Internet Order Entry
Orders placed through our Americart secure server arrive here quickly, safely and in a format that allows for rapid processing.  Over 95% of our customers use our on-line shopping cart.

Ongoing Customer Communication
From time to time we may communicate with our customers via email containing information about new merchandise, special sales, etc.  If you do not wish to receive this information, we will promptly remove your address from our customer list.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are less than 100% satisfied with any retail order from Nose-N-Toes,
let us know within 5 days of receipt and return your merchandise
in its original condition within 15 days of receipt for exchange or refund.

Return your merchandise in its original condition, including attached original hangtags, along with a copy of your sales receipt within 15 days of receipt, and we will exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Carrier fees for "refused" and "return to sender" returns are the responsibility of the ordering customer, and will be deducted from any merchandise credit.

If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will issue a refund check; if you used a credit card, we will credit your account.

Shipments arriving with damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days so we can assist you with the claim process.

We cannot issue a refund for merchandise which is damaged on its way back to us or which we do not receive.  To be sure that your return qualifies for a refund, we strongly suggest that it be sent via an insured shipping method such as USPS Insured Priority Mail or UPS.

Wholesale, commercial and special purchase orders are not eligible for refund.

Delivery delays resulting from terrorism, government, or acts of God will not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping charges from Nose-N-Toes, UPS or USPS.
